European Space Agency (ESA) announced the successful launch of Φsat-2. The satellite represents a new approach in Earth observation and aims to revolutionize how we monitor and understand our planet through advanced sensor technology and artificial intelligence (AI). Polish based company KP Labs has played a significant role in this mission, contributing their expertise in AI-powered solutions.
Michal Zachara, COO of KP Labs, emphasized the importance of their contribution: “Our involvement in the Φsat-2 mission underscores our commitment to advancing on-board processing in space. By developing the Cloud Detection App and algorithms, we address critical challenges in satellite data processing, enabling more efficient and accurate Earth Observation.
