We would expect your press release to be sent in Word document with any visual materials in attachment – logos, images, graphics etc.

- Author of the press release (will be public – it can be a consortium or one person – representative)
- Link to the website (project / organisation)
- Tags: if you want that your project and consortium partners are tagged, please provide this information.
- Optional: visual support – project / company’s logo, images, graphics, tables, information sources if any. All images should provide credits. If you do not provide an image, we reserve the rights to choose one if needed by ourselves.
- Contact information (will not be public but is needed for us in case we have additional questions).

Our Pricing
Starting from August, 2026 all press releases published on WitNews.eu require payment. This lets us guarantee the quick publishing, communication on social media and maintenance of the web portal.
What do we publish and what we don’t publish?
We are willing to publish any news and updates that are up to date, of good quality and for authors who have provided sufficient information. We reserve the rights not to publish a press release if we find that the content is not of a good quality, important information is missing, we spot any ethical issues within the content received.
