These free-of-charge legal templates aim to open up new avenues for growth and strengthen the European investment community.
The documents, created by ESIL in collaboration with Monard Law, Alpeggiani Avvocati Associati and Eversheds Sutherland, aim to streamline deal structuring and negotiation, and are specifically designed to simplify pan-European cross-border business angel investments.
Available now, our collection includes essential agreements such as a template NonDisclosure Agreement, template Termsheet (Equity), and a template Shareholders’ Agreement, with 4 more documents to come soon.
