Who can submit an Event?

From EU-funded consortia to independent organisers, anyone hosting a public event relevant to research, innovation, or industry can submit it for listing.

Project consortia

For example, consortiums that implement Horizon Europe or other projects and organising an event.

Organisations

Any organisations who want to inform the world about public event they organise.

Event organisers

Organisations or agencies who organise event on behalf of the company/ project / other organisation.

The topics of the content

Events can focus on a specific topic, technology, or sector, and take the form of conferences, seminars, webinars, workshops, or other formats relevant to the research and innovation community, including students and young professionals. Events can be free or paid for participants.

The format of Event

We would expect your press release to be sent in Word document with any visual materials in attachment – logos, images, graphics etc.

How and where we will publish this content

We will publish your press release on www.witnews.eu and our social media channels: LinkedIn and XWe will be able also to add a promo reel or post on Instagram. 

In addition, we can also share the outcomes of the event – video and/or photos, both on witnews.eu, LinkedIn, X and Instagram. 

Our Pricing

Starting from August, 2026 all press releases published on WitNews.eu require payment. This lets us guarantee the quick publishing, communication on social media and maintenance of the web portal. 

What do we publish and what we don’t publish?

We will publish only complete information about the event. Your data should answer the questions: where, how, what, who, why, when… know, and where. We reserve the right not to publish content if we find that the content is not of good quality, important information is missing, or we spot any ethical issues within the range received.
